...Return flights to Vegas from £529 - virgin-atlantic.com/en/…economyusasale.jsp
I bet Breeze is disappointed with this thread!
you meant air fare......
Quaffed - LOL!
And Low, I can always count on you to brighten my day. :)
Some sale, its about £80 more than i have paid 4 times this year, not with Virgin however and them prices seem to have dried up now!
As stated in other threads JNC. Fuel surcharges etc etc have made prices jump quite dramatically. If you're hanging around for a sub £400 trip that doesn't take multiple stops and a 24hr journey you are kidding yourself. £500 for a direct flight is a good price these days.
JNC, did you fly direct? BA are putting up their fares by adding an extra fuel surcharge so this seems a good deal to me for a direct flight. I thought someone might find it useful.
800 pounds and 10 pence for the dates i want.
Some sale (:-((
No i can't really fly direct, i live 300 miles from London. I fly Delta, last trip 3 weeks ago i paid £450 from NCL via CDG and SLC and returned via MSP and AMS which suits me.
Similar flights now are at the very cheapest £575 from LPL, my nearest airport is NCL but that is stupid money now.
I just cant believe how much flights have gone up in the last month or two!
Im sorry i brought negativity to your thread but i am furious with airlines right now.
I'm lucky that I live near Gatwick but agree that prices are ridiculous these days. I thought £529 was a good price, just not compared to last year. Hope you find a good deal soon. I've been checking flights to NY and they've gone up hugely. It's about £200 ($300-ish) more than it was this time last year.
Vivalasvegas, have you checked a few dates around your trip? I saved a lot by changing my dates by a single day, couldn't believe the difference it made. I can't understand how anyone could justify charging around £800 for a flight to Vegas.
Next year you will be able to fly to vegas direct with virgin from manchester
