Slot Players...Which Machine is cheapest maxium bet?

I normally don't spend huge amounts of time on the slots while in Vegas, I like cards...BUT when I play....

Which slots have the cheapest max bet? I will only play quarters slots that have 3X's max bet, so I'm only playing .75 cents at max. I like the pennies but max play can be $5.00 on some!!

Can you guys give any advice on the cheapest max bet penny slots? Let's face it, the max bet makes more back when it hits.

I'd also like to know this. I mostly play cards as well, but if I do like to take a break to play slots I'd like to know the best, most economical way of maximizing my chances at a jackpot.

Certainly there must be some people on here that know the answer to that one, as there are constantly posted TR's of people winning big (or at least moderately) on slots.

Me, whenever I play them, not so much.

Well the least expensive that I can think of at the moment (and there aren't as many as there used to be) are 9 lines and 5 times bet or 45 cents.

I also know there are 20 lines at 5 times or $1.00 per bet, but many more are now a max of $3.00 on up per spin and I can't afford that.

You are correct that the 3 quarter spin is less than mostt of the penny machines, but those machines are now so boring to me that I pretty much ignore them...and I know the casinos are making alot of money off many people like me who like the action and excitement of the bonus rounds so are hooked on those darned penny games. sigh

Three slots that I'm pretty sure fall in the 45 cent max bet range are Texas Tea, The Munsters, and I Dream of Jeannie.

I can only speak for those machines I enjoy playing, but some progressive Quickhits at the Nugget, Sahara and Bill's are 90 cent max betters.

The Sun and Moon Penny slot is another thats 9 lines as I recall, not a bad free spin bonus round either.

I like Cleopatra myself, I found Cleo machines with 9-15-20 and 25 lines, I rather play lower lines, but it can still eat those $$ LOL

Bumping for more info. I've always been so intimidated by penny slots, would love to see how I can figure them out without going through my money too fast.

in my experience, Texas Tea is the best for playing max bet and not going through your cash too quickly. Tend to get regular small wins and if you get the oil bonus some larger ones.

The new graphics intense games (Star Wars, LOTR etc) eat your money very quickly.

The quarter Wheel of Fortune machines are also a 75 cents max bet but they are getting very hard to find.

This may be a silly question, but on most of the video slots, does it matter if you play max bet as opposed to max lines? I tend to find a 9 line machine and play max lines, perhaps 3 or 4 cents per line. If I play max bet (sometimes 20 or 30 cents per line), I find I only go through the $$ faster. I'm not looking to win big, just get more value for my gambling dollar. I'm quite content to slide in $5 and see how long it will last, as opposed to how much I can win.

I would think max lines before max bet unless there's an incentive to play max bet, like a higher payout multiple on a max bet or you can only win the progressive on a max bet.
