"a few years away yet, but best to be organised"

Well there are only a couple of hotels in 2015 that really stand out.

Bellagio used to be nice, but MGM still hasn't gotten around to renovating the rooms and the old box style TVs are quite an eyesore.

After the casinos in Macao were nationalized both Wynn and LVS had cash flow problems that even Hotwire and Priceline couldn't remedy, so they are both trying to keep the doors open by providing more affordable options. Many foreign visitors are pleased with the addition of Dennys to Palazzo. And Wynn is proud to welcome the first In-N-Out Burger to the Strip.

And since Dubai took over City Center and eliminated all gambling, it just doesn't seem to have the same vibe.

So that really only leaves the new Echelon Place, Boyd's new hotel 10 years in the making.

Or you might consider the jewel of the Strip----Circus Circus. Since it was taken over by Richard Branson and completely renovated, it has led to the rejuvination of Las Vegas as a prime tourist destination.

You know what they say about Las Vegas: Always changing, always something new to see. That's why planning years in advance is so much fun. Happy 40th!

Lmfao ktinca. Now that was funny. And I'd say you were right about everything in your post,,,but what about Fontainbleu? Will it still be sitting there waiting for the finishing touches, or will they be bungee jumping from the top of it? lol
