Farmer's Market in Vegas?

Do tell....where?when?who?what?

REad it on another one of my posts and now I would like more info. With all the condo type places available, this might be a little gem (or not).

I am listing websites because I haven't really been to any of them. Hopefully, someone can give you more info since things do change quickly in Vegas.

Thanks vp03. We know people who are renting a timeshare and I will be passing that info on. They are both foodies and would love to get their hands on some ingredients which are harder to find in Michigan, especially late October, early November.

These are much smaller farmers markets than what you may be used to. Usually 2 to 3 vendors selling veggies. The people that sell fresh baked bread. During the spring and fall, not during summer, there are some that sell fresh eggs. One guy sells honey. The farmers are usually from California. A few from pahrump. If the market that Mario batali had is around, it had a much more interesting selection.

I don't want you to go and expecting what they have back east but for locals or something specific like the dates it's nice.

Yes, our markets are larger. I was hoping for something a little more interesting (for them); they were drooling at the possibility of the Batali market. Will keep watching that.
