Best Deli Food In Vegas?

The one thing I miss is a good deli sandwich..especially some meat....pastrami...corn beef .....stacked miles high with a suitable potato salad to accompany...Where on earth is that in Vegas....?

Carnegie deli at the mirage hotel is fabulous....just like the delis in new york....the prices are just as "high" as their sandwiches, imho. we love their chopped liver and corned beef sandwiches and one order by itself is about $21 after taxes. in all honesty, it was large enough to serve 2 people for lunch.

treasure island also has a new york style deli restaurant that i hear is also wonderful, although i have never eaten there.

enjoy!

In the Village Eateries at NYNY there is a deli place that serves good deli sandwiches - pastrami, corned beef, etc, piled high on your choice of bread, dill pickle on the side - your choice of potato salad or potato chips.

cliu, the deli at TI is Canter's which is very much an LA institution rather than anything to do with New York City. I actually prefer it to Carnegie but both are worth visiting. Zoozacrackers at Wynn is pretty good too.

Cantor's at TI is good, as is Carnegie at Mirage, but is expensive, but very large sandwiches. Deli in food court at NYNY was fair at best, did not seem very clean and you have to go out into food court to eat.

Southpoint. Del mar deli. They have a larger sister restaurant off the strip at buffalo and summerlin parkway called the bagel cafe.

My husband and I ate at Cantor's at TI on our last trip. While it is expensive, we split a sandwich. Neither of us are dainty eaters and we were both full on that half sandwich. It was very good too.

Zoozacrackers at Wynn is good - and for Wynn not that expensive. You can order half sandwiches as well.
