Vegas strip - good eats within budget

Hello,

I will be in Vegas with my wife, the first week of March. Its our first trip and so we were looking for recommendations on good places (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to eat within a budget.

We're staying at Bill's gambling hall.

Looking for places to eat on the central strip.

We don't eat red meat. Anything else is good.

Not looking for anything fancy. Just good portions and tasty food.

I was thinking of sticking to a daily budget of $15 breakfast, $25 lunch and $25 dinner for both me and wife combined.

Any good places you'd recommend for this budget?

Thank you for your help :-)

miracle mile shops in Planet Hollywood which isnt too far from you has a wide selection of dining bargains. Ballys next door to you has a place called tequila bar and grill and it has super cheap breakfast also. Italian restaurants will be your best bet with a budget like that

Also look for coupons on restaurant.com type in zip code 89109, you will be able to buy a $25 gift card for $4 with the promocode snowball and this can make a 50 dollar dinner become a 25 dollar one.

Canadianoil - Thank you - I have added miracle mile and tequila bar to my list :-)

More similar suggestions for good cheap eats would be great.

For lunch I would recommend The Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Their lunch pasta servings are big, delicious and very reasonably priced. For the two of you at lunch it would be around $25 but I would recommend splurging and adding a slice of cheesecake because it's so worth it!!

You could share a meal at Hash House a Go Go. Portions are huge.

From Bill's you can walk to Ellis Island on Koval via East Flamingo. It's a good value place. The off menu steak special is $9.99. Also Earl of Sandwich in Plant Hollywood is good for cheap eats.

Did they raise the price again on the steak special? I thought it was 7.99

Ocean one in Miracle Mile shops is good. Happy hour makes it cheaper.

I second Ellis Island. And Restaurant.com. And Happy Hours everywhere: that way you can nosh at good places for less, then move on to the next.

Yep...still 7.95. Also, the ACG book has lots of good dining specials including 2 for 1 at the Ba B Q place in Ellis Island. Good ribs and chicken for around 7 bucks for 2 people with coupon.

There's a really great italian place right behind Bills hotel and casino. I can't recall the name but it fits your budget with an awesome atmosphere. Feels like old vegas with all its mobby memorabilia.
