Fellow Canadians-any problems with TR game?

I have been playing the game on-line and completed the "gaming" line for a $50 value points win. I got the confirmation e-mail leading me to the skill testing question. When I answered the question and hit submit, I was directed to an "error" page. It won't let me re-submit, but it does tell me I answered correctly. However, I didn't get the confirmation e-mail that I have officially been awarded the points (as I did with my $10 and $25 win).

Anyone else have this happen to them? Or am I the un-lucky one?

I sent them an e-mail, but only got an auto-reply back, saying they would look into it.

yes same here.

Nothing on my $100 win 2 days ago now, or my $20 win yesterday.

No replies at all from the supposed people looking into all the problems.

Not impressed at all

yes, there have been multiple issues and not just for canadians. Someone posted a thread here yesterday. there was an article about it on Vegas Chatter website as well. Its a free game, no sense in getting all upset. keep in mind with such a large effected group, it could take them a while to play catch up.

I've been getting emails, but some of the rules are a bit much - such as the form I need notorized (costs me $25 ish) to win $75 that I will probably never use. My trip is next week and they have up to 45 days to award points. But it has been fun playing...

Also, my enquiry about the 'missing pin code and number' on the ecard has not been answered a week later.

I thought at first that it might be a "Canadian thing" but not so sure as there are a number of non-Canadians having issues as well. I am missing my PIN code and number and have yet to receive a response as to where the number and PIN are.

Fingers crossed they get it straightened out. I just haven't noticed anyone else saying they submitted their answer and getting the error message. Oh well, easy come, easy go! lol

My $10 and $25 wins went through just fine. It's only the $50 one that brought up the error page. :(
