With "blackjack" you get what you pay for. Even many $5 blackjack games, especially in almost all CET props, pay only 6/5 instead of 3/2 on blackjacks. Made for poor suckers who don't realize the reality of true blackjack.

$1.00 blackjack on the strip was a great game. In 1969.

Sad to say you will need to go far, far off strip to find $2-3 games. El Cortez has a very good low $$ game that is, surprise!!!, very busy.

Do not play 6/5.

It's not a real table, but there is a $2 virtual dealer blackjack machine at the Vegas Club on Fremont St. It's the kind of game where five players sit around a screen representing a table with a big screen with a video dealer.

The drink service is pretty good and with the right people it can be fun. Vegas club is always full of colorful characters.

I think at such a low limit it doesn't matter if it's 6/5 you're playing more for fun than profit, that said any of the $1 or $3 games I've seen on the strip isn't even as 'good' as 6/5. Even money on blackjack etc..

I was just lamenting the loss of the Sahara in my own post today :(

There's no place like that now.

I've heard the Westin casino has like $2 happy hour bj, but who knows what the rules are and I've also heard it's super boring in there.

So lets review: The places that had this great $1 BJ all filed bankruptcy and closed down. And you're wondering why you can't find it anymore?

A 90 minute scenic ride will bring you to Laughlin where $1 chips are still seen on the BJ tables,

There are some excellent $10 tables at the Luxor. I know it is a huge step up from what you may be used to, but you may find that you like it a lot better.
