Fast Food/C Stores In Downtown/Fremont St Area???

Any C Stores or Fast Food places in Downtown?

This is mostly for Breakfast if we are too hungover for a sit down Coffee Shop or Buffet...

Coffee, Newspaper, Smokes- how much are smokes in Vegas? -

Food - Danish/TastyKakes/Drakes or Egg Mcmuff's type things -

Somewhere around Fremont...

Where is the best early morning "Local Vib" - Downtown?

Where do the cops go? Where do the locals go?

Thanks,

Ted G

There's an ABC store near the west end.

On the FSE, there is a McD's for your Egg McMuffin, just inside the "D" (still signed as Fitzgeralds). There is a Krispy Kreme Donut Shop -- I don't remember which casino it is in, but it has its own patio (wrought iron railings right on FSE) and entrance. Starbucks (just inside Golden Nugget). ABC Store, A bunch of tourist stores which have newspapers, smokes, pre-packaged danish and such.

No Drakes -- only Hostess. Drakes is an East Coast thing. (Darn, I miss my Ring Dings and Devil Dogs.)

You don't have to leave the Canopy to find these.

And just beyond the Canopy is Walgreens.

OK, what's a C Store?? Convenience store??

As stated, there really aren't any of the usual fast food joints in Downtown, other than the McDonalds. The Fremont has a little 24 hour snack shop that has some of the best food!

There is a Dunkins at the Fremont too - maybe the snack bar at Binions. The Beat coffeehouse for the local vibe. If you are super cheap, a short cab ride up Main Street will get you to a tribal tobacco shop for cheap smokes.

There's a McDonald's, Subway, Caffelatte, and a Zaba's (which I take to be a Chipotle-like place? never been there) in the food court at the Plaza.

I understand Krispy Kreme downtown has closed recently as the Fitz ( now called the D ) is redesigning their entrance and using that area. MCD's is in the Fitz as well and Dunkin Donuts is in the Fremont. There are some fast food joints up above the Casino area in 4 Quieens- including a Noble Roman pizza ( not good IMO ) and a sub shop ( never go there can't recall which brand). There is also a Subway in the El Cortez

Don't smoke so I've never paid attention, but I can tell you there is an Indian owned smoke shop( cigarettes and cigars) a few blocks from the Downtown casinos that is supposed to have all brands and very cheap prices - I have seen the signs but have never investigated. There's a $1.00 off coupon on their website too
