Hi I am beer/bitter drinker and would like to know where I can buy a pint of this in Vegas. I dont drink lagers- bud/millers etc and would rather have a nice cold pint of bitter!

Probably best off asking for an IPA. People here do not know WTF a pint of bitter is.

Freakin Frog by UNLV and Yard House at either Town Square or Red Rock have huge selections of beer.

Whether or not you'll find anything close to the bitter you're used to in the UK is another matter but you'll find something to your liking at either of those.

777 Brewpub in Main Street Station and Ellis Island both have their own hand crafted beers. FYI, bud, miller, etc.. are pilsners, not lagers.

Ellis Island brews a good IPA. It's available at the bar, in the restaurants, and in the casino.

Cold bitter? You southerners are weird.

IPA's as suggested. The Crown and Anchor on East Tropicana ( just past the airport. Had Tetley's and Boddingtons on tap last time I was there but i would not recommend either.

FYI, Bud and Miller are absolutely American style lagers.

If you are staying at the Mardi Gras, it may not be unreasonable to walk to the Riviera to Queen Victoria Pub and get your pint of bitter.

Second The Pub at MC. There's also Todd English PUB at The City Centre. I'm sure the Queen Vic at The Riviera will have a few but you're unlikely to find a hand pumped bitter like you get at home.

Go to any of those places and try the US micro brews. They're pretty good nowadays and worth experimenting with.

The Pub at MC would be my recommendation but Public House at the Venetian should be worth a visit too.
