In addition to the suggestion of restaurant.com, American Casino Guide has a few that you could use if you would like to purchase coupons. For cheap food you might want to look for coffee shop specials at your hotel such as late night or early bird offers. Hotel marquees often advertise food specials. You can find food courts in most hotels. The best coupons for me are to be found in Las Vegas Advisor's coupon book that comes with a $37 online membership. I'm not sure that you would want those coupons since you want to stay center Strip only. There is a section on LVA where you do not have to be a member to print coupons. Have a look if you would like.

In most cabbies there is a coupon book...also near the checkin at most hotels you will likely find many free coupon books.

You could also order an American Casino Guide...fairly inexpensive book of coupons.

The American Casino Guide food coupons are generally for off strip casinos. Fine if you have a car, not so handy if you don't. For cheaper eats without a coupon, there is a McD's and Panda Express just north of Harrah"s. One of our favorites is Earl of Sandwich located in Planet Hollywood towards the back of the casino. The Flamingo has a food court. Caesars across the street also has a food court but it's more pricey. Another consideration is eating at a good buffet like the one at Paris for breakfast or lunch. Still good food at a lower price. Catch the free shuttle to the Orleans for their lunch buffet it's good and fairly inexpensive. We also eat one lunch at Margaritaville. Prices aren't bad for the strip and it's a fun place to eat.

Also Hash House a Go Go - if you go there for brunch you will only need a light snack later for dinner. Huge Portions

Also, do not negate looking Las Vegas Happy hours. We have experienced very good food at these. It gives you a chance to go to a few places to eat if you wanted. See:
