Cosmopolitan

I am in the stages of booking Our stay at the Cosmo but have just read dome recent Negative reviews on Tripadvisor! I know from experience not to take the negative reviews on board too much as we have stayed at Hotels and loved it , others have complained about!

Is the Cosmo a nice Hotel with nice rooms?

Hi

We stayed there in Feb and loved it, the down side for us was we didnt spend enough time in our room to make the most of it. I found myself sat in the Japanese bath tub or on the balcony all hours rather than waste it. We stayed for the wow factor and would definately stay again. If you book it through a package deal take all your paperwork as i found the hotel voucher only gave a simple description and the chap checking us in tried to con us out of the room we paid for. We had a couple of minor problems; TV stopped working and no bedding for my son but that was rectified quickly. Book book book i say.

the rooms are great, the restaurants are great, we are not big fans of the casino and the place is a bit too crazy for us. if i was going to vegas to party we would always stay at cosmo, but as a relaxing couples vacation we prefer other properties. but we still really enjoyed our stay.

dont know about the rooms but I hated the hotel.

Was just full of people up their own arses. We walked through there one night and there was a good looking girl walking around in a bikini. She was walking behind us and all I could hear her say to her mate was "tell me everyone is looking at me, I hope everyone is looking at me"

Was the only place on the strip that I really didn't like the vibe throughout from the tables to the bars.

A large majority of the reviews on TA rank Cosmo as excellent.

about 2100 reviews out of a total of 2820 reviews rank Cosmo as either Excellent of very good.

Im not sure what else you need to look at? 100% of the reviews wont be great but most of them are.

my wife and i have stayed there twice along with almost all other hotels in vegas. great rooms with balconies in most rooms. this place is very classy and very dressy. if you like to dress up and experience something really nice then this is a great hotel. you will see some real sites at this hotel. have fun and enjoy. you wont be disapointed

I stayed there a couple of weekends ago. It is a nice hotel and has nice rooms. The spa & pool are also nice. I would categorize it as a nice 4- star hotel, but a 5- star like Wynn, Palazzo or even Bellagio. Don't expect super luxurious & your expectations s/b fine.
