If you already have augustus tower........your in good shape,If you feel the need to work on a better view, then try getting high floor, even numbered room facing the fountains.

I show where i can be comped in new tower but havent had the desire, augustus tower is just about as far as my wife wants to walk in heels after a night in the casino.

palace and newest tower are closer to the pool ???

we pretty much dont do alot of finer dining,so as far as what must you see/do at CP . well qua spa is a must in my wifes mind, forum shops are amazing, even if its just to drool over.

Cp is close to everything, maybe a little more about what you want to do will help.

. sorry I cant give too much detail since im a bit busy at work, but i can say that CP is the only place we stay in vegas

I agree with a1 - if you are already in Augustus, you are probably fine without an additional upgrade, unless fountain view or a high floor is important. The Augustus tower rooms are lovely.

I also agree that if you are a spa person in ANY way, Qua is a MUST! I think a day pass is $45 without a service and if you plan a couple of hours, it is truly an oasis.

Yes the Forum shops are always fun to walk.

I also suggest that if you are looking for coffee in the morning, many times the line at Starbucks is crazy with lots of people. If you walk past registration, just past the entry doors on the casino floor, there is a Payard Express where you can grab a morning coffee, almost always without the line.

Without any specific questions, I really don't know what else to mention. Have fun!

yes, the payard express closest to the lobby has a much shorter line.

our time there is always short,so we pretty much hit the casino hard. maybe book 1 show, plan 1 special meal. other than that its buffets and alot of drinks.

we did try the shadow bar once, and another lounge which i cant recall the name of.

when we went to shadow bar it was early so it was still quiet,I know it gets pretty loud.

as faras suggesting other things,I will say im 52,my mifes age i wont say haha.

so what we like to do may be alot diff from what you enjoy. but sounds to me like you chose a great prop, a great tower. only other thing we always do is call vip servicres and get the limo to pick you up at the airport, drop off is right at aug tower check in, cost around $60? to your room, plus tip. a nice worry free way to arrive.

I was booked into the Augustus Tower and I gave a $20 tip up front last month. The FDA asked what I wanted and I requested a fountain view corner room which she found for me on the 36th floor. The room is classified as a petite suite although I would not call it a suite. It an oversized version of a regular Augustus room with two huge windows.

I LOVED this room, the two windows brought in so much sunlight and the view was to die for. The way it is set up with the entry it is also very private so no noise issues. There was a very loud fantasy football draft party next door one day and we couldn't hear them at all inside our room. We brought Kcups from home for the Keruig coffee maker, very convenient and saved us a bundle.

The pool area is huge and fantastic. The poolside padded loungers were on sale for $25 each during the week and we really enjoyed them. It was great not having to be there when the pool opened to get a seat. You can also bring a drink into the pool with no hassle so we brought our first from the room every day.

We enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory and La Salsa Cantina in the Forum Shops for casual meals. We got Cheesecake Factory to go and enjoyed the view with in room cocktails. We thought the food court was overpriced with bad food but the lunch we ordered at the pool was very good and reasonably priced. Have fun and good luck!!

I am not a Caesars expert but I do love the Qua spa. I have only bought an all day access pass, not a treatment though I think they run specials for their massages on their website from time to time.

The food at the happy hour at the Palm is good even though the drinks can be pricey. Sometimes they run dinner specials for lobster on their website.

I'll be staying at Caesars in 9 more days, Augustus tower, my favorite.

The restaurant Central, right near the check-in, has 24% off items from the bar menu from 2-4 pm, and 2-4 am.

P.J. Clarkes, in the Forum shops, has $1.00 oysters from 2:45 - 6pm.

If you get Caesar's limo from the airport, they'll drop you off at VIP and you won't have to wait in line.

I like playing slots over by Pure and the P ussy Cat Dolls blackjack pit on a Friday or Saturday night. The music, the dancers, and the 20-somethings lining up to get in to the night club make for a fun atmosphere. I also like playing the bar top video poker just outside of Mesa Grill near the Sports Book. Good people watching at Caesars! There are some Hot Shot penny machines by the Colosseum in the Forum Casino ... these are fun to play and then watch people walking through in from the Forum Shops with their bags of clothes. Of course I also like shopping - there's a very large and very nice Tommy Bahama. As far as restaurants, I like Mesa Grill and Joes.
