Delay Everyone Leaving Through Atlanta.

How long have your bags been missing? It happens, and it's frustrating, but they usually show up on the next flight and they deliver them to your hotel. Is that not happening?

If you complain in writing later (after all the facts are in) they are likely to refund at least the baggage fees. If the ordeal goes on they may do more. Just make a reasonable complaint.

My last ordeal was with usair, Delta has been good to me.

Mike,

If you purchased your ticket on a Visa card that has benefits to cover delayed flights or luggage lost, you may have a monetary amount offered after a 4 hour wait for luggage and it goes up for the length of your wait and it can cover a hotel room. The Visa cards that have a yearly fee usually have this type of free travel benefits.

when you have a show to attend that evening and all you clothes was in that bag and your baggage arrives the next day over 18 hours late what do you do ?

I know now what not to do ! Never use a b grade airlines !!!

We fly overseas 2 to 3 time s a year and about 10 local trips and our bags have never gone missing or ever been delayed so we where shocked after seeing the add on the plane with the CEO saying just how good the airlines are! maybe the CEO needs to look into just how his companies mistakes are affecting their clients!

how does one complain ? We contacted the airlines and was told to go onto delta.com we did that and up until today have had no reply at all !!!
