Harrah's pool

How bad is Harrah's pool really? We've scored a couple of free nights. I don't have any problem staying there (hear the rooms are fine) but I do understand the pool is pretty poor. Normally wouldn't stay there, but, hey, free is free. Just need a place to sit in the sun, no pool party would be a plus. It's hard justifying paying for a place just because you don't like the pool. Probably would go right after Labor Day.

Theres nothing really bad about its just a pool with nothing fancy. Its like large built-in in somebodys back yard thats its only knock.

It's a Holiday Inn style cement pond. I think part of the rap is that it may not get enough sun. Despite that, when I've looked in on it, it's been crowded. It's early though. I wouldn't commit to Harrah's this early as in case you get free nights at a place you like with a decent pool. When you book, they stop sending you offers for that time period.

It's very small compared to the bigger resorts and it gets limited sun throughout the day because of its position between two towers.

Was. . . We stay at Harrah's all the time, and I use there pool everyday we're there. I really enjoy myself there. Good drinks service too! I never have a problem getting sun, I'm in the sun ALL day! I do like a pool where I can sit on my chair, and it's just a few feet from the water. I don't need a big fancy pool, just somewhere to cool off.

We went to Vegas in October and stayed at Flamingo. Hate the pool there. So hard to get a chair, have to stand in line to get in, drinks over priced. I would much rather go to the Harrah's pool.

You have a bar, excellent waitress service, cabanas if you want one and enough sun in the day that you could possibly want. Not particularly a youngsters crowd but it's apol and there's water in it.

I think it's great however I'm 55 not 25.

It's wet, quiet and they serve drinks....if that's all you need, then it'll do the job just fine.

cheers

It's a simple pool with no frill's but a great place to just sit in the sun & take a dip sometimes that is all I want is to sit by the pool in the sun.

I agree you should take it, Harrah's rooms are very nice & clean & casino has a great vibe + lots of good places to eat & pretty central on the strip. We just stayed there in August & really enjoy it there & the pool meet my purpose to sit in the sun cause I really didn't want to be at a party type pool.

www.caesars.com click on LV then Harrah's casino then pool to check it out.
