Honeymoon in Vegas - Which Suite?

We are planning a honeymoon in vegas from 27th october 2014 for 14nights.Its out first time in america and we want it to be speical.

We really want a suite in a well located hotel with an amazing view.

So far we have looked at the Bellagio- Salone suite with lake view, is this a good choice? Can anyone recommend other hotel suites with a view ,just as good.

I did do a couple of searches but some posts were dating back to 2009 so really want a up to date opinion.

Thanks

I have not stayed in a suite, but I would think that a Bellagio lake view suite would be pretty amazing especially for a first time trip to Vegas.....the fountains are something to behold and I would think you would be very happy with it.

Had a Bellagio Lakeview Suite before, loved it. I had the Bellagio Suite which has 2 rooms. 14 nights in a single room, no mater how big would be too much for me.

Might want to consider splitting time between 2 locations. That way you can experience 2 types of suites.

Probably a little early to book but it is fun looking ahead.

Change the search function from "relevance" to "date" and you'll get all the recent posts.

What is your total budget, per night, in US dollars? There are a lot of suites.

BTW, Salones are not true suites as they are a single room.

Cosmo for sure very very nice! I love their wrap around suites.. What about the Wynn something fancy if it fits your budget!

Actually if you search it up on you tube many people have a walk through of the room done on video for you to see and decide.

Thanks again for the replys, we are looking around 450$- 500$ a night.

@ Underpar: I do know what you mean about the salones, it does just look like a big room, do you have any idea what the Cypress suites are like in bellagio and their price?

I will take a look at cosmo now, cheers

S, We've stayed in Salones and Cypress'. Cypress' are on the first 8 floors of rooms directly in the curve in the center of the B facing the fountains. Large entry living room divided by a wall with the bedroom facing out at the strip-fountains. His and hers baths, steam shower, nice stuff and maybe in your price range. They are held for players though and with only 8 of them they are hard to get.

I recently stayed in three amazing suites.

Cosmo, Elara and Vdara.

Cosmo had the best view, and of course it has the wonderful balcony.

Elara was my favourite room though, and the view was pretty good too.

I took a video of each room with my old crappy camera.
