What hotel is closest to this?

I have now stayed in multiple hotels on the strip, Luxor, TI, Flamingo, NYNY, MB and Cosmo. I absolutely love the Mandalay Pool, and I loved the Cosmo rooms especially the terrace aspect. MB rooms are nice and the casino is nice enough, but the location leaves a little to be desired, and I dont know if I am the only one but I hated the Cosmo pool options.

So my question, Is there a hotel on the strip that I am overlooking that has a decent location, a great pool like Mandalay and real cool rooms like Cosmo? Or is this absolutely asking to much, LOL?? Thanks in advance for any answers!

There is no other pool complex on the Strip to compare with MB. The one that comes closest is MGM, but of course it's not the hotel that MB is.

THEhotel or Four Seasons also allow use of the MB pool.

I have considered trying THEhotel. In your opinion what is nicer room wise, Four Seasons or THEhotel? The location isnt the worst thing in the world, its easy to jump a cab and go where you need to, but at times staying mid strip and being right there is nice. However having a pool like MB trumps everything for me...

2 completely different types of hotels.

One is a modern one made up of true suites.

The other is a Four Seasons, with all room types.

The rooms are bigger at theHotel, the service at FS is, well, FS service.

Take your pick, either one is great.

THEhotel is going through a re-model and is to be re-branded as the Delano.

The standard room at Four Seasons is exactly the same size as those at MB, appx 550 sq ft. Of course there are other rooms and suites. Four Seasons just finished their room renovations last month, and I haven't seem them yet. We have reservations for March, so I will answer questions if I can after that. Four Seasons is more about the service and ameneties, than about a room that will blow you away.

The standard room at THEhotel is a real 1 BR suite, with seperate living room and bedroom, and 1 1/2 baths. Larger in area than the FS rooms, and of course staying in a suite is a different experience. We haven't stayed at THEhotel in a while, and have heard the rooms are starting to show their age, But strictly on size and design the suites at THEhotel are more impressive.

Very cool... Thanks very much for the responses. I am thinking we will be trying either Four Season or THEhotel for the next stay then. If I had to guess we might try for THEhotel, I like the thought of a suite... not that I dont like it, but I dont need the service and ameneties at this point when I go on vacation. So THEhotel at this point might be more up my alley...

How about Signature at MGM? It's alot nicer than the standard MGM setup and you can use MGM's large pool complex, some consider it better than Mandalay Bay's.

I have only been in the MGM once, and the only thing I know about the pool complex is what I have read online, the pros and cons between the MGM pool vs MB Pool could be helpful?!

Cosmo is a one of a kind and probably never to be replicated room experience. If MB is out because of location, MGM is probably the one that may have a room option you may find intriguing. Caesars has nice room options and it's pool area is one of the tops but I don't even think the new Nobu Tower would have anything that would be as edgy as Cosmo.
