which of these 3 hotels????

I have never been to Las Vegas so i need some opinions on these 3 hotels which i have a combination of comped nights and discounted nights.

they are the Flamingo, Harrahs and Paris. Would like to know which has the nicest pool, the order of best/convenient location on the strip and quality of the rooms at each of these places. Also just any overall opinions of these 3 hotels with atmosphere, restaurants, etc. and which one would you choose.

I cant make up my mind!

thank you!!!

Pool - Flamingo, no contest

Restaurants - Paris, no contest

Location - all are comparable, with Flamingo and Paris being slightly more central

Room Quality - probably Paris.

I would pick Paris is a heartbeat, although Flamingo's pool is better.

The difficulty with Paris is that your exposure to the sun is limited by its location and surrounding buildings....same issue later in the day for Trop. The rooms are fine at both; it isn't as if you will make a bad choice. I like Trop for proximity to other places and smaller casino feel.

If you're staying for a week, why not three days at one and 4 days at another? One thing to consider is construction of the Linq all around Harrah's and Flamingo. This would make me lean toward Paris for sure.

Paris, but if you want a pool with a much younger crowd and lots of kids go for Flamingo. Paris pool is very nice and laid back, I enjoyed it very much.

Paris above the Flamingo; hands down!

Atmosphere: Paris most definitely with it's cobblestone walkways/shops.

Check-in: Paris guest reservation is large & more open; also has it's own separate Diamond/Seven Stars check-in room.

Casino: Paris' lighting is a bit dimmer inside. Flamingo lighting is brighter. Paris is more open with high ceilings, so it handles the smoke a bit better.

Restaurants: Paris primarily; plus their buffet is much better than Flamingo's.

Paris's Pool: Large & open whereas the chaise lounges are not as cramped together as much. Full/Partial exposure to sun during early morning dependent on bldg. blockage. All Paris room elevator banks lead directly to pool, 3rd floor.

Flamingo's Pools: More tropical with palm trees with a manmade waterfall area. Palm trees can tend to block sun exposure dependent on day/direction. Chaise lounges packed tight side by side next to people.

Location Wise: Both Paris & Flamingo are mid/centrally located.

Rooms: Paris Luxury Red Rooms over a Flamingo GO Deluxe Room. Paris Luxury Standard Rooms show some wear, but still prefer it over a Flamingo Deluxe; FAB Room (a Deluxe redone) unsure. All Paris bathrooms do have both a separate tub & glass-enclosed showers whereas, Flamingo (tub/shower, glass-enclosed shower, separate tub & shower) can vary.

The Paris also has a connecting mall/walking area which connects directly to the Bally's Casino & back.

Bus stop outside Paris/LV Blvd.: Both the Deuce & Express stop at Paris Northbound; at Bellagio returning Southbound. Flamingo; the Deuce.

I personally didn't care for the Flamingo pool. Too crowded and hard to find a chair, unless you're lined up early before they open.

We've stayed at Harrahs many times, and they have a lively casino, and the dlx rooms are nice. A lot of people don't like the pool here, but it always suited my needs. Sun and good cocktail service. They also have some really good restaurants!

Have never stayed at Paris, but will be trying it out in December.
