Everyone's favorite "go-to" hotel

Just wondering if anyone has a favorite place they've chosen and why.

I haven't stayed at every hotel on the strip but I've found that, so far, my favorite go-to place is the HRH all-suite tower.

I've had suites at Wynn, Encore, Caesars, MGM and a few other locations. So far, the HRH suites take the cake for price, atmosphere, comfort, easy access and great service. I find myself booking there more often versus the exploring I used to do. Sure it's off-strip, but I find that to be a perk rather than a disadvantage. I may still do some exploring in the future but I'm in no hurry.

Anyone else have a place they've found works best for them?

Off-Strip: Red Rock or GVR

Low Cost: Hard Rock or Golden Nugget

Mid Cost: MGM

High Cost: Bellagio

I have more than one "favorite" because what I need on some trips is different from others; traveling solo, or with the "boys," or with my wife or with other couples.

Caesars has the best balance of everything for me, although I almost never eat there.

Great rooms, pool, location, spa, gambling (pussycat dolls pit), comps.

For the longest time, the Rio was my go-to hotel. Since I always rent a car, the off-strip location is perfect for getting around the strip, as well as to and from downtown. Love the larger rooms, and having a fridge is excellent for keeping my own drinks cold. Despite the fact that it is a CET property, their casino is somewhat decent.

However, I am starting to lean more towards mLife properties now. In that category, I would have to say that the Luxor is my go-to property. Love the atmosphere of the casino, and they have some of the best blackjack tables on the strip. Not to mention they also have my favorite restaurant for breakfast, the Pyramid Cafe. From here, I can easily take advantage of the great blackjack at all of the south-end properties (Mandalay Bay, NYNY, Tropicana, MGM) without even needing my car.

The 1st place I check for rates for our May & October trips is Four Seasons. But that isn't where we stay most often. We always have a 'home hotel". A place we stay when there is no compelling reason to stay anywhere else. Right now out home hotel is Orleans. We often stay there for part of our trip, sometimes the whole trip.

Our home hotel changes, as both Las Vegas and our preferences change. It started at Sahara, then Flamingo, up to Tropicana. Then for many years it was Mandalay Bay or THEhotel, until Wynn opened, and then finally we migrated off-strip to Orleans.

Luxor was the first hotel we ever stayed in and although we have stayed in a few other places over the years we always migrate back to the Luxor and it is booked again for this year. Always get good service, like the rooms and suites in the pyramid and the tower and have always had decent luck on the BJ tables. Enjoy NYNY and MGM so Luxor is a great location.

Ours is the Bellagio. I like the location and we like to go to the Cypress pool every day. I would like to stay at the Four Seasons, but I really hate the location. I almost booked the mandarin Oriental, but I do like having the casino on site. We tend to hang out at the roulette table til all hours and like a short walk back to the room.

My last trip we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental

I cant imagine my wife would let me stay anywhere else now.

I was worried about the no casino on site thing but to be honest it probably took me less time to get to the Aria casino than it does some people to get from their rooms to the casino in some of the other big strip hotels.

The walk from the MO elvator to the door of the Aria casino was less than 4 minutes and i tend to meander!

The service and rooms were top notch
