For those with non-comped rooms

what would you be willing to pay per night for a hotel room, on the strip? We are always in on a comp, or a comp with so many nights, paying for a night type offer, anyway I'm asking because Wynn is offering a $143 per night rate, it states sale for only 72 hours, the code is WEB7248 below are the selected dates:

Aug 26-31

Sep 1-11, 16-20, 22, 26-30

Oct 1-5, 9-12, 13-19

That's a great rate for the Wynn, especially on the weekends. I would jump on that.

Brenda it is, we already have a comped room at the Bellagio, for next month. It states this rate is good for the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. It's only good for 72 hours, this rate.

That's an amazing rate for Wynn. We are paying $225/nt at Nobu Hotel in Caesars for some of those dates, and that's with a group discount.

The first time I stayed at Wynn, a couple of weeks after they opened, I paid $199 per night for a standard room. But it was a better hotel then. Today I would probably not pay more than $129 to stay there.

But that is me, and based on what other options I have available. I would probably recommend others to pay more. $143 is a good rate, especially for a weekend.

$143 for a weekend night at Wynn is a terrific rate. Usually my cut-off is $150 just because there is always some kind of promotion at one of the 4 or 5 star hotels for the dates I'm looking for.

It may be "as low as" $143, but most nights it's higher, especially weekends.

Example, Thurs Sept 5 through Tues Sept 9.

$215 - $215 - $279 - $143 - $143

Average Price per night: $199.

Yeah, I'd pay that for Wynn if the available dates worked.

I would only pay that much for a weekend night. I only use the room to sleep in so its no that important to me anymore.

Yeah I just checked 9/6 thru 9/10 and it's $1000. I do get the 9th for $143.

Should be titled "rooms starting at $143" I could never pay $250 night for a room. I would be wasting precious gambling funds
