As far as I'm aware most of the larger limos have a 2 hour minimum so you could get 3 x cabs although it should be possible to arrange a shuttle for your group assuming the shuttle buses seat 12 to 15 at a cost of around $7 per person.

Just speak to the shuttle company on arrival so they could get one for you - if there is an empty shuttle waiting to leave just fill it up and you're on your way. You could contact one of the shuttle companies in advance to see if you could prebook one.

What you're looking for isn't all that typical, but it should be possible. My suggestion is pretty much the same as above, give a company like Bell Transportation a call. They have big shuttle vans that usually do shared shuttle transfers, but with a group that size, you could probably arrange to have them use one of their big vans for a dedicated run. It makes more sense than a limo, since there is ample space for luggage.

Otherwise, 4 cabs at about $20 per cab load.

Just call one of the shuttle service companies directly. They should be more than happy to provide your group a dedicated shuttle van that would accommodate your needs.
