Most pleasant dealers by Casino?

I was posting in another thread and thought about this. We've noticed that our impressions of a casino are heavily influenced by the demeanor of the staff. Winning is always nice, but somehow losing to a pleasant dealer hurts just a little less. I know it can't all be genuine and it's just customer service...but a good dealer can make the entire night. Our most pleasant experiences win or lose have been at the Rio. Most of the dealers there have been lots of fun and seem to be enjoying what they are doing. We had a guy who claimed he has been doing this for fifty years and he had good stories to tell as we played. Our worst experiences with dealers was at the Luxor. We had a rude female dealer who nearly insulted everyone as she seemed to hate her job. Watched her bully people into making the bonus bet even when you could tell they didn't want to. Which casino do you prefer purely based on dealer interaction?

Not sure which have the best but I just got back a few days ago and I was playing BJ at the Monte Carlo with a older Asian woman as my dealer. She wasn't the friendliest to begin with, but when she started complaining about a drunk player at the table giving the cocktail waitress a $10 tip and her nothing I had enough. I got up from the table and gave her 50 cents and asked for a quarter back, she gave me a dirty look as my girlfriend dragged me away from the table.

Best time with a dealer I ever had was playing blackjack at Bill's. Unfortunately I won't get to experience that again.

Roju, love it. We had a dealer at MGM who insulted a guy for betting a hand the dealer didn't agree with. Not jokingly...honestly came short of calling the guy a moron. I agree, cash out and move on.

My best experiences were :

1) At the Venetian casino, playing Blackjack the dealer's name is Young. He is from South Korea and was very pleasant to talk to while playing. He was interacting with all the players that came and went and was happy to give advice about the game to those who were not sure or asking.

2) At New York, New York, I don't remember his name but the guy was dealing Blackjack, though by his say, he was normally more of a Craps dealer. Very friendly. He was a very tall Caucasian man, wearing glasses (okay not very precise description but I can't seem to remember his name).

I don't think this is something you can really judge by casino. I had a good time at the Palms their craps dealers were very entertaining.

But I do know what you mean there are some dealers that just shouldn't be dealing I typically move to another table if it's an issue.

My biggest complaint are dealers that deal to fast. I'm okay with the average speed and maybe a tad bit faster. But there was dealer I experienced she was insanely fast. It made me uncomfortable and if you were losing you'd fly through bankroll in record time. VS at the average speed you at least get a little time at the table.

I always found friendly dealers at Bally's and Harrah's. The worst, I think, are at Gold Coast. And it's a shame because Gold Coast has really good double deck $5 blackjack games. The dealers, though, are like robots, And I think a lot of them don't even speak English. El Cortez is another place with robotic dealers.
