I was posting in another thread and thought about this. We've noticed that our impressions of a casino are heavily influenced by the demeanor of the staff. Winning is always nice, but somehow losing to a pleasant dealer hurts just a little less. I know it can't all be genuine and it's just customer service...but a good dealer can make the entire night. Our most pleasant experiences win or lose have been at the Rio. Most of the dealers there have been lots of fun and seem to be enjoying what they are doing. We had a guy who claimed he has been doing this for fifty years and he had good stories to tell as we played. Our worst experiences with dealers was at the Luxor. We had a rude female dealer who nearly insulted everyone as she seemed to hate her job. Watched her bully people into making the bonus bet even when you could tell they didn't want to. Which casino do you prefer purely based on dealer interaction?
