Depends on the hotel but generally, all the stuff you used to get "free" (e.g. local phone calls, fitness center, etc) plus WIFI if the hotel has it.

Excalibur's $15 Resort fee for example includes: Free wired high-speed Internet service in the guest room; free access to the fitness center; free incoming faxes; daily newspaper; and free domestic and long distance phone calls. Some resorts charge a much higher fee.

Honestly, nothing much. The only thing I ever use is the Wi-Fi. Here's a list per resort/hotel:

Usually it gives you use of the fitness center, the daily newspaper, free wi-fi - you may want to check with the hotel

At the MGM it gets you....

Faxes, up to 3 pages, printing of boarding passes, USA today paper, cardio room, free wifi. Outside the wifi which had remarkably good reception in my room, the rest are worthless.

Rio it was wifi for one device per day, fitness center, and free local calls. I only cared about the wifi.
