The closest and "cheapest" would be next door at the Monte Carlo Food Court. The Aria and Monte carlo are connected via a shopping area/food court.

Monte Carlo food court, and in the mall attached to Planet Hollywood across the street.
I'd say Monte Carlo food court as well, or Earl's of Sandwich which is always good. Play myVEGAS and earn some free buffets!
thanks guys!
When I was in Vegas in late August, Planet Dailies inside PH had all-you-can-eat pancakes for $5.99 or $6.99.
La Salsa Cantina in the shops next to Planet Hollywood-$2.99 eggs, meat, potatoes, tortilla-99 cent blood mary's
Not cheap, but quality is the Jean-Philippe Patisserie cafe in the hotel for a delicious pastry or crepes or sandwich, and coffee. It has 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor with over 700 reviews. The 4.5 is accurate.
This is a little about Jean-Philippe from the Bellagio site, and why the pastry at the Aria, although not cheap, is value worth considering (particularly at Aria room prices) :
"In December 2009, with the opening of City Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jean-Philippe became the Executive Pastry Chef of Aria Hotel. It is here that he oversees all aspects of the Pastry Shop and a second location of The Jean- Philippe Patisserie. He now has a 6,000 square foot kitchen with 110 people on his production team. All items sold in both locations are produced at Aria, and delivered to the Bellagio several times a day. The same design team was used in the development of the Jean-Philippe Patisserie at Aria. This time, warm colors and stainless steel were used in the décor which provides a modern yet inviting feel for the guests.
