Love the Cosmo. My fav hotel in the world. Ive always had a fountain view and thats a must for me. Wraparound fountain views are out of this world. Beds are amazing. Pillows even more amazing.

I think there is a wide and excellent choice for food and Holsteins is one of my fav lunch spots in Vegas.

Drink service ? - As much as i love the Cosmo i dont tend to bet a lot of slots and tables in it so dont really have a good view on CW however playing VP at Book and Stagei have always got great bar service.

Gym - never been in sorry.

People - I have read a lot of complaints about people but i have had nothing but 1st class service. Granted I now know a few people in the Hotel and always contact them prior to me arriving so perhaps this helps at check-in etc but no complaints from me.

Pools - probably the main let down as 1 is defo only for under 30's which im not and the other can be hard to get decent beds.

Haven't stayed here but booked a room recently. Their balcony rooms looked so good I couldn't resist. I called concierge there to ask questions about my stay and the spa to book treatments. Their service was so terrible I ended up canceling both. I also spoke to the concierge at multiple hotels and they all said how bad their service was. There is also an enormous amount of bad reviews on their poor service from treating guests poorly to not having rooms cleaned on a daily basis. I felt I didn't care about the service but as one wise concierge person told me "it doesn't matter to you until you don't have it".

I had a comped night at caesars, it was a difficult decision to throw away a comped night in the first place so their lack of service made it easy. But from my experience and what I've read I'd say stay away.

Only been there a few times and those visits consisted of eating at Holstein's and a bit of gambling. On my last visit there, we were there before the opening of the restaurant so wanted to have a drink. Only problem was finding a bar that was open at 11 AM!! Seriously? This was on a Saturday I believe and wanted to have a drink but nobody would serve us! The very bottom of Chandelier finally opened at 11 I believe it was. Ya, not fond of a place where I have to hunt down a bar! When I want a drink, I want it NOW!!!! LOL! Needless to say, not my favorite place! Oh and it's always freezing in there!!! My poor sister had to go find a gift shop to buy a sweatshirt in while we were gambling there once!

Just returned from my first stay at Cosmo. It's very nice. I stayed during the week (not weekend) and it was not too crowded or rowdy. Had breakfast at The Henry (very good); dinner at Holstein's (very good) and drinks at Chandelier Bar, 2nd level (also good - Brandon the bartender nice and helpful). I will post some pictures and a brief review tonight (just back to work). I had a fountain view room, but it was cold and rainy last week in Vegas, so the balcony didn't get used much, unfortunately. I imagine it would have been awesome to sit outside in good weather. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Beautiful hotel.

I personally love The Cosmo. This year, I stayed there twice; once during early May & then again in early October. On both occasions in a Terrace Fountain View Suite & loved the room along with the terrific view from my private balcony. As for the food, I have only eaten at Wicked Spoon buffet & Secret Pizza; and enjoyed them both. I would like to try another restaurant inside The Cosmo, but the problem I have is fitting them into my schedule being that I have personal favorites on the outside. In regard to their drink service, I have always been extremely pleased; the cocktails I've ordered have always been delicious & properly prepared. As for the gym, have never set foot inside their fitness center; so cannot judge. As for the people, I find them highly energetic & for the most part very pleasant to talk to. Sure you may notice an obnoxious, immature person or two acting up every now & then; but I have seen these type inside all Vegas properties.

Another thing I especially like about The Cosmo is their Identity (players card) Program; easier to qualify for the various tier status levels, comps, & the flexibility the program offers it's players to use their ID Points towards things.

Your list of items is a good indication you'll like Cosmo.

Like many at this CASINO-hotel, you list 5 items and don't ask about the casino; which is a good thing since Cosmo's gaming is terrible.

I just returned from staying at the Cosmo for 6 nights. I loved my room -- got an upgrade to a terrace room overlooking the fountains, and it was just fantastic, and I used it even though the weather turned cold and rainy at the end of the week. While the slots were up and down in payouts, the drink service was beyond reproach -- CWs brought constant Cosmos and Lemon drops and checked back with me constantly, which was something I've never encountered at another casino in Vegas.

It's not a perfect place, but considering the convenient location, and availablity to any type of service you need, I'm very willing to stay there again on my next trip. I'm hoping to post a TR sometime soon.
