Keytours vs Race Day Shuttles

Has anyone used either of these companies to take them to the Nascar races. My husband and uncle are attending the race on Sunday March, 9th and they have decided that a shuttle service is the best way to get there. These are the 2 that race track promotes.

If anyone has other suggestions that would great.

I haven't used either of these two companies, haven't ever been to the race circuit, but you didn't have any replies so I thought I'd offer you something. And that is, don't worry about which shuttle service to use. It's a functional service. If the circuit is promoting these two companies then they will be reliable. Pick the cheapest, quickest or most convenient.

And enjoy the race.

Cheaper to rent a car for the day. We have a party of 4 going to the race and doing the shuttle is way more expensive. At least one of the four will not drink so they will have a sober driver.

For the last 6 years we have taken the bus back and forth to the track. We have used both companies and found them both to be timely, clean, and comfortable. We like to take the Race Day Shuttle because they leave at varying times. Key Tours only has one pick up time at each designated Hotel. The price is also almost half as much. For Sunday Race Day is $45 and Key Tours is $65.

My husband and I have used them both. Key tours is great. You pay twice the price but it's worth it. Coach America is Ok, it's cheap the line ups are long but you get back to the strip. Key tours doesn't have buses leaving early enough to explore the track and all the vendors before all the action starts, so for that reason we started to use coach america. Last year was better than the year before. Hopefully 2015 will be even better as far as being organized. We purchase the 3 day pass and take advantage of the early buses. Renting a car is an option but I have heard some horror stories of not getting back for hours after the race has ended. If there's an MVA you sit and sit and sit. Plus the buses have access to go through the army base so we bypass all the traffic. Hope this helps. Let's go racing boys and girls!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be booking one of these companies soon, there is also NASBUS. I'm so worried that we will get stranded at the track as I've seen some feedback on the facebook of one of the companies .. Any other comments or advice to put my mind at rest?

Thanks!

You've seen some bad feedback about one of the companies and want some advice to put your mind at rest?

Use one of the other companies. :)

Listen, just don't worry too much about it. Book the company that you're most comfortable with and ninety-nine times out of a hundred you'll be fine. The one other time you just jump in a cab back to the Strip. You're not going to be stranded.

Or just take a cab both ways. It's about $65 including the tip. Split between a cab full you're not talking about a lot more than the cost of the shuttle - the difference is probably one hand of blackjack or, in other words, 45 seconds of time in the casino - and it'll be a helluva lot more convenient. No waiting for the scheduled shuttle time and no multiple drops before yours.

Nice rabbit.

You're very welcome.

Listen, I'm the biggest worrier there is so I'm not one to talk but I say concentrate all your efforts into being excited about how absolutely, unbelievably, wonderfully amazing Las Vegas will be - because it will be, I promise, and then some - and don't sweat the small stuff. Definitely not this small stuff.

Have a great time.

We have used Key Tours for the past 10 years. They are wonderful.
