My Vegas a waste of time.

I am not a facebooker but decided to give Myvegas a try. After spending about 30 hours and daily visits I think I have enough points for a slice of pizza. I could get a paper route that pays more than that for less time. Not too many 50 year old paper boys. What am I missing here?

Early on, the game was a very good value. I got more than $1100 value on my last trip.

If you start now, it's far more difficult to get good stuff.

It's the nature of casino promotions. They don't think things through all the was. Early users get great deals, then they tighten up until it has far less value.

While you are building the strip it is a slow run to get LP's but once you get the strip built it gets a lot easier. I have been playing for a couple years and my wife started last May. Last year I had comp rooms and a couple nice meals and show tickets. This year my wife have a couple comp nights, a couple buffets and another meal comp for our trip. For 30 minutes a day of play I think it is worth it since I am just auto spinning while I watch tv. Granted the awards are not as good as they were before by my wife has 350k in LPs.

Deezerk, how can you use all those LP's if they only allow you to redeem 3 and they must be used in a 90 day period. I can't figure that one out.

The wife and I are redeeming four nights at Mandalay Bay, Zumanity tickets in the front row, Aria buffets, and rice and Co meal credits. We are getting app. $800 worth of comps from the game.

like others have said it picks up greatly once you get the strip built.

Another supporter here. I have 450k and friend has 110k. This give us 2 or 3 free nights and $100 credit at The Pub, some 2-4-1 buffets at a saving of about $350.

And i easily replenish them for next trip.

We play myVegas and agree that timewise you earn cents per hour. It is like a hobby really and a holiday to look forward to.

We are playing the chinese NY scratchcard game and even with autospin it can take over an hour. We do not play a large number of chips per spin (600 then later 1500) as you need to get through losing streaks without depleting your chips. That gets 1000 gold LP chips a day in all, toward a buffet costing 30,000chips or $25 cash. And this is during a myVegas promotion!

I have played for 1,5 year, producing around 300.000 lps.

For my trip this summer, I will redeem a couple of buffets and maybe a night or two at aria.

It was easy in the start, not so much after you reach lvl 100.

It was great at the start as they used us as guinea pigs for the programme, rewards cost many lp's less and you could buy chips for $5 and get as many rewards as you wanted.

I agree that it takes more time/effort nowadays but as I have just booked for 3 weeks time and going to be using 3 more rewards for the second time this year, its hard to complain.

I agree with Joe, it is definitely not as appealing now as it was in its first year. I will still redeem what points I have for May, but don't bother playing anymore

I would make sure you at least log in and open MyVegas on a regular basis Sally as I believe if you don't do this for a certain period of time it is possible you lose all your lp's.
