Favorite Hotel

Do you have a particular favorite hotel that you stay in, regardless of the price or comps, when you visit Las Vegas? I like to stay in Planet Hollywood every time. It's almost like a tradition for me.

What's your favorite?

My favorite place used to be Mirage, and while I still like it there I've recently been finding myself staying at Luxor.

Have stayed at Flamingo now 2X a year, summer & winter, for the last 8 years. Always get a GO room though not the standard room. Central location and by now I certainly know the whole place like the back of my hand. My driving routes in and out of the garage and the back way out to Flamingo then to Harmon or Paradise I also have down pat. I have no problem driving all over anywhere around LV after all these times. So all day starting before breakfast (we're the Old people always there Waiting for the buffets to open) I drive around all over to the off-strip and downtown places and just return to "Home Base" after dinner since I feel after dark is when you're taking your biggest risk with the other Yahoos driving around. That's just the way I do LV.

Tower Suites at Wynn. Been hooked since the first time I stayed there. Also enjoy the resort tower and Encore, but if you want my absolute favorite, then it's the TS at Wynn.

It's beautiful, the service is impeccable, I like the casino, the casino staff, the bars, the cocktail service, the restaurants, the pool, the spa- EVERYTHING!

I have too many favorites; The Encore, Cosmopolitan, & now Bally's ever since they renovated their South Tower with the Jubilee Premium rooms. I think for me it's my experiences at The Cosmo Fountain View & Bally's Jubilee Premium in regard to the wonderful views I have had from my rooms. With The Encore, it's been because of the property's quieter & more laidback &/or relaxing casino, it's luxurious feeling, along with their high level of services I experience there. I may even decide to re-add The Venetian back onto my list of favorites as well should I experience an improvement.

I generally follow the comps. Fortunately, I'm usually comped at Bally's and that's often where I stay. I feel comfortable there - like a home away from home. I have ventured out and tried many "better" places like Aria, Thehotel, MB, Mirage, etc, but I still prefer Bally's. Sadly, next trip they were sold out 2 of my days, so I'll be trying Paris for the first time.

Golden Nugget is my choice all the time. We were toying with staying at Bellagio for 2 days but I just can't change. Golden Nugget is like old home week. We have the routine down, know dealers and Pit bosses and where all our favs are.

Green Valley Ranch, The M, Red Rock.

If I had to only choose one based on location alone (near what I do) it would be Green Valley Ranch.
