implosion of fountainbleau hotel

Does anyone know that exact date that they will implode the Fontainbleau hotel on strip?

I have a friend that lives at the SkyLV which has a wonderful view of Fountainbleau and want

to watch them blow it up.

The next building to come down is the Harmon, piece by piece, no explosives.

I am not aware of any current plans to implode the Fountainbleau. In fact, I'm not aware of any plans to do anything with it.

yup.

Too much stuff around it to implode it. Other buildings, roads, etc.

It would be cheaper to keep the fountainbleu in its current state. Someone can always pick up the project later on and half the work is already done.

After SLS and resorts world get up and running that area will get a big shot in the arm.

Yeah cant really implode the Harmon tower. The dust would litterly shut down the city center for months, for clean up. Not to mention the potential for broken windows.

I'm thinking it might come down Japanese style. One floor at a time. No noise no mess

They've started taking down the Harmon this week, we watched as they started jackhammering the concrete and cutting the rebar near the pedestrian bridge to the Cosmo.

It's going to be quite the mess with lots noise for quite a long time.
