Average temperatures on 22nd November range from a low of 4 to a high of 19 (Celsius) so not sure if you'll really need a pool. But generally most properties keep one open year 'round. Hope for a warm spell!

Las Vegas Advisor lists the pool at the Mirage as "seasonal", which means it may be closed when you visit. Unfortunately fewer and fewer hotels keep a pool open year round. For instance, Flamingo, Bally's, Quad, Harrah's, NYNY, TI, closed their pools in the winter I'm sure there are others I don't know about.
