Sky Suite Resort Fees

Hi All,

I found mixed information on this. I know the citycenter fact sheet says they are waived but has anyone stayed at the Sky Suites recently and were you charged a resort fee?

Thank you

During my stay in December of last year, I was charged Resort fees. Was not there on a casino comp, just a regular guest.

On Aria's 1st reservation page that describes what you will get for that discount code it states "A daily resort fee of $28 including tax will be added to your room account, which includes select hotel amenities." On the next page where the rates for the different nights are shown, it states "A daily resort fee of $28.00 (tax inclusive) is added to all room reservations upon check-in." On the next page where you enter your CC info, the terms and conditions are listed and it says "A daily resort fee of $28.00 (tax inclusive)is added to all room reservations upon check-in and includes the following hotel services: In-room Internet, Campus-wide wireless Internet, In-room local and toll-free calls, Fitness Center access, daily newspaper and airline boarding pass printing." This is repeated on the next page where you review your info and click "Book Reservation". It is not mentioned on the next page that gives you your confirmation number, but it is mentioned a final time on the email you receive confirming your reservation.

No where in the reservation process did it say that the resort fees were optional. However, you can use casino comps (hard comps you've earned or your Express Comps) to offset the fees and have them removed.

We had a few complimentary nights at Aria a couple years ago, the resort fees were waived. Very nice place to check in, as opposed the regular check in areas at Aria.
