For the Brits:

I know someone asked sometime back about a place to do afternoon tea. I was just investigating Caesars Palace web site, as we are staying there 4/3 - 6 and found the Seahorse Lounge:

The website boasts "a contemporary spin on midday tea."

I know this was inteneded to a Brit who asked about tea but it made me laugh as I have always had to take teabags to the States with me when visiting family and English friends with a warning not to drink the tea out there!! Couldn't tell you what the difference is as I drink coffee

You can always get hot tea at Starbucks. Tea is getting more popular in the US. I buy my tea at "Teavana" (they're slowly expanding throughout the US) and everytime I'm in there, it's always crowded. Most restaurants will sell you a cup of hot tea with a meal--you just have to ask. Of course, the quality and selection will vary from place to place. The more expensive the place, the better the selection.
