autism-friendly accomodations?

My family would like to make a short Sun-Tues Shore trip in June and I need to find a hotel or rental that will work well for our son, who is autistic and loves water but has trouble with crowds, busy environments, loud noise. We were thinking OC but anywhere within 2 hrs of Philly with good beaches for safe swimming is fine. Any suggestions? Short walk to beach and on-site pool are a must. Thanks!

To avoid crowds on the beach use the beaches that are at the end of the boardwalk or farther south. If weather is good then a pool is a magnet for kids so you might need to spend all your time on the beach. In season rental houses book for one week only. If you are going in early June however you might find a realtor with a property or two that will 'break the week' if a vacation home is not filled by now though the chances of that are rather slim. Good luck with your planning.
