Definitely Red River in my opinion. they have jeep rentals or guided jeep tours, horseback rides, stocked trout ponds downtown, and tubing down the ski slope even in the summer. Red River has one central downtown area within walking distance from moat all the motels.

I agree that Red River seems much more child-oriented than Angel Fire the times we've been there.

I don't know if it's too late to offer an opinion but I agree with Red River! The children in our family always have a blast.
