adikwe safari lodge

I'm looking at getting married at either Kwandwe, or madikwe sfari lodge some time next year. Does anyone know whether you drive off road at either of these 2 lodges?

Yes, you can drive off road and in open vehicles at Kwandwe. Also I have heard that there are special marriage ceremony packages with exquisite sites for vows, parties, etc. And they accomodate large parties while maintaining intimacy. As it is malaria free, many people have children attend.

Hello,

You can drive off-road in both reserves. Kwandwe would be a bit more private as only their vehicles can drive there whereas there are no private traversing areas in Msdikwe (aside from the northern corner where only Makanyane can drive).

Cheers,

Julian

Sorry, forgot to mention that Madikwe is also malaria free. However, the temperatures at Madikwe can get quite extreme sometimes (freezing in the winter and broiling in the summer) whereas Kwandwe is more temperate -- this might be an important consideration depending on what time of year you'd like to get married.

Cheers,

Julian
