Are you looking for a rental rv? Only place is Albuquerque. Not quite sure what you are asking.

Sorry, I thought that I posted a question asking what RV parks were available in Tucumcari. We tow a bumper pull travel trailer 34'. I have spotted a couple of parks to check out. We also will stay in the Albuquerque area for another night. If you have further info for there, thank you.

Ok that makes more sense. In Tucumcari here's some to check. http://www.kivarvpark.com/ http://koa.com/campgrounds/tucumcari/

In Albuquerque there are 2 KOA's, but the one right in town is on the highway, noisy and in the middle of the city. The north KOA is in Bernalillo about 10 miles or so north of Abq, much prettier and in a smaller town. http://koa.com/campgrounds/albuquerque-north/ Also there are 3 rv parks west of Abq http://www.enchantedtrails.com/ http://www.americanrvpark.com/Default.aspx http://www.highdesertrvpark.net/

There are several RV parks in Tucumcari. Including Mom & Pop owned in town. Old route 66 runs right through town, easy off easy on I-40. There is also a KOA visible from the interstate with a beautiful view of Tucumcari Mountain and the surrounding mesa.

As far as I can tell, the Kiva RV Park seems to be the best in town. At least it has some shade. Nothing in the way of facilities, but the cable is good and the Wi-Fi works most of the time. People are friendly. Power and water pressure are good. Tucumcari is a pretty sad place, though. There is the historical museum, the dinosaur museum, a couple of gift shops, some restaurants. quite a few motels, and a small one-screen theater. Lots and lots of boarded up places and closed motels. The town is pretty depressing. I thought it would be more interesting. It must have been a "happening spot" in its day, though.

We stayed at the Mountain Road RV Park. There are some shade trees, but sites are open. Decent restrooms/showers. Convenient location. You can see the interstate but if you have A/C you are not bothered by noise. Close to Route 66 too. Good Sam Park. I'd stay there again. If you are there in summer, it's best to pull in later in the day as it is very hot during the day.

The Kiva is closed, unfortunately. Our relatives stayed at the KOA on the east side of town a few months ago without complaints. The Mountain Road RV Park looks nice as well, but no first hand experience.
