Safari experiences in Okavango Delta and Chobe

We're working on a trip this fall , specifically the 1st or 2nd weeks in November, and our time frame here is 7 or so days, in Botswana. We'd like to experience a mokoro ride while in the Okavango Delta. Can anyone share the differences between a move from the Pom Pom Camp to Moremi Crossing in this area, as well as the different experiences we'd notice.

Also, in Botswana as well, we're looking at the Chobe area as well. Again, is there an advantage from the wildlife viewing, scenery, etc between staying in the Ghoha Hills, Saunti, areas of the Chobe or in Kascane, If anyone could guide me as to where to find the pros or cons for one game drive over another in these areas. We are looking at more of the higher end lodges/tents than budget. Would really like any help of clarification. It appears each travel company we're looking at offers similar but different itineraries, so we would like to be better informed when choosing one over the other. Thanks in advance.

Moremi Crossing offers better mokoro excursions, as the Lodge is on the banks of the Boro River, but Pom Pom also offer game drives which are not available at Moremi Crossing. If you also plan to visit Chobe, then I would chose MC as you will experience good game drives in Chobe

There are some very good Lodges around Kasane - and the game viewing in November is excellent. Savute is less crowded, but doesn't have the huge herds you will see in the Chobe National Park

Be very specific with your Travel Company, explaining your expectations, and they should give you suitable options - then check on TA again

A great help, and thanks. If it matters, we will be on a business trip first that will be taking us to Krueger for three days safari, but we were thinking if we stay longer, we'd like to go also to Botswana. We don't know the exact game reserve at this time, so are looking at our options for an extension afterwards. (The business trip includes only three days in Kruger and three in Cape town.) A long flight for just six days in our opinion, thus our considering where to stay a little while longer. We do have a number of travel companies, and we are considering each of what they offer carefully. If we choose Kasane, we thought, even though the water is low this time of the year, that we could add on another few days in Victoria Falls. So much to ponder.
