Taxi back after dinner?

Hello again - well it's the day before my trip to Oia and very excited :) I am having dinner at Katharos Lounge on Thursday night and understand it's about 30 minute walk from my hotel (Atlantida Villas). I don't mind walking there but bit concerned about walking back late at night (I will be on my own). Should I just aask the restaurant to organise a taxi for me or is it best to book one in advance? and how much should I be looking to pay so I know price is right etc when coming to pay . . . thanks :)

When we were in Santorini we just asked the bar or restaurant to arrange for a Taxi and it was there very promptly. From what I remember the danger on walking at night is there are very few sidewalks or paths in many areas.

I think it's actually a longer walk than 30 minutes. Pricewise you shouldn't have to pay more than €10 since it's such a short ride. But walking is not dangerous, even for a woman, as long as you keep an eye out for oncoming traffic, and if you're out late it won't be that bad anyway.
