Best Way to get to Game-

We are flying in from California for the UNC-Duke game on March 5th, and since the Carolina Inn and Franklin are all booked up we have decided to stay at the aLoft of campus.

What is the best way to get on campus and back? We want to hang around Franklin St maybe before or after the game.

Thanks

Use the excellent Chapel Hill bus system. Also, they have special buses called the Tarheel Express going to the Dean Dome from several locations on game days.

There is a shuttle from the Kenan Center almost within walking distance of your hotel. You could take the bus as suggested but it should be no problem to drive in to town and then back to the parking lot to catch the shuttle. You are also staying in Meadowmont. Across the highway in the shopping area is a good new restaurant called " ONE ". Pull the Heels through!

There is a Courtyard by Marriott just up the street across from Meadowmont. They have a Tarheel Express lot that takes you straight to the Smith Center. It's 5.00 round trip per person. Awesome deal seeing that parking is a nightmare on campus.
