furniture shopping- other stores other than furnitureland so

Been to NC Furniture shopping and spent most of my time at furnitureland south which i thought was great. What are some other comparable stores?

Where in North Carolina are you referring to? Many of the larger furniture stores have closed. So unfortunate. Broyhill has a beautiful retail facility in Blowing Rock, The Hickory Furniture Mart is open and Thomas Home Furnishings on #321 near Lenoir.

I agree - at this time, Hickory is a better choice than High Point. I concur about the Broyhill store in Blowing Rock - nice. There's not much indigenous furniture industry in NC anymore. It's almost all imports. Very little you can get here that you can't get anywhere else, sadly.

If you do go back to High Point, zip on over to Bob Timberlake's furniture gallery in Lexington- if you like that style.
