Bars at the Dolphin

I have found a Club Hotel Dolphin Fact sheet and it states that the Dolhin Pool Bar is open from 10am to 12pm - is this the quiet pool bar or the entertainment pool bar?

It also says that there are midnight snacks available from 11pm to 12pm at the same bar - has anyone eaten here at that time? If so what choices did they have?

Thanks

That will be the 'entertainment bar'

Late snacks are not actually at the bar but behind in the 'tea area'

10 paces or so away.

Snacks at the pool bar usually consist of a few sandwiches and cake, sometimes they do chips and sometimes toasted sandwiches.

The quiet pool bar shuts around 5pm.Do not forget that this is Sri Lanka. They are not geared up to All Inclusive as is the Caribbean, their version of AI is not up there yet,but saying that, the meals that you have are in my opinion very good,it's just the in betweens that are missing.Even The dogs at the quiet pool know when it's cake time(4ish).The pool bar that is open till midnight is very badly lit,you may prefer the bar behind the reception.

Cheers for that - do they have a reasonable selection of food at lunch-time (just in case we can't be bothered to go to main restaurant)

Quiet pool = Burger and chips, cheese burger and chips, chips or a chip butty.

Main restaurant = really nice food, but stock up 'cause there is nothing till dinner time.

Don't know about the entertainment pool, too busy for me.
