1. Re: weather

July is usually in the mid 30's but can get hotter. It does get cooler in the evenings July can still be quite warm and sultry.

Sept or early May/June can be a bit chilly in comparison

Sorry to jump in...

Toonman, is it still warm enough to sit out in the sun and sunbathe the first week in September?

Thanks :)

Weather beginning of September is usually good, mid to high 20s, or even hotter at times. At the moment the evenings are warm but by September you may just need a light cardi.

Welshlady is 100% correct. 1st 2 weeks in Sept are normally very good with temps mid 20's and higher, last year was tremendous. Does get cooler at nights and on occasions a light cardi is useful

Thanks guys.

As long as its shorts and vest weather and I can have the occasional swim and sunbathe I'm a happy cat! It's nice to be cooler in the evening.

We always take a trip in late September; there's never been a year when the missus couldn't spend most of the days sunbathing. The evenings are fine - but they can seem cool *in comparison to the daytime*. They are still generally extremely pleasant though, and I've never personally needed more than shorts and a shirt unless the weather is being particularly grumpy. Even at night there's still the potential for it being uncomfortably warm for sleeping if you're not used to it.

We were there in October the year before last (iirc) and it snowed, then an hour or two later the sun is just blazing down again.

It's like mid 30s right now. it's definitely better in September. I'm coming here every year and it's always that hot in July and August.
