Head down to see Tracy at Nohoch Kay. It's toward the end of the malacon. She's the only one that will actually give you a "massage" and not just a rub down, which everyone else will try to sell you on.

Other than that, you could get in touch with Marcia at Mayan Beach Garden and spend the day at her beach, with lunch and ask for a massage with Tricia. She is US trained and a licensed massage therapist....even better than Tracy. Good luck and have fun!!!

I agree with Tisha50. Tracy and Sophie at Nohoch Kay are both trained massage therapist using essential oils not just cheap flowery lotions. Their rates a a bit more than what some of the "massage" workers will tell you they charge BUT....you get what you pay for. Nohoch also offers an all inclusive beach break you will need to reserve before you trip. They always fill up early and Jaime, the owner, limits the number of guests he will serve in one day. Go to www.costamayacruiseexcursions.com and look at "Beach Break #1". There are also stand up paddle boards available to rent on the beach at Nohoch.
