7 Days Puri holiday

Dear Experts,

A group of 4 couples ( all 60 + ) will be reaching Puri from Guwahati on Feb 8, 2014, saturday. Will stay there for 7 days till next Saturday afternoon i.e 15th Feb. Kindly guide me in planning a decent trip for them and the sites that can be covered by them during this trip.

Regards-

Its a perfect plan suggested by Ashishda. Great. Hovewever, Feb will be the breeding time for Olive Ridley Turtles. If your team members can endure about 3-4 hours travel...you must visit the breeding site. Out-of-the-world. Need Guidance..do write to me. Travel..my passion.

Dhiraj32,

Itinerary provided by Mr. Ashis Roy is perfect. Only thing I would like to add in it is Ramchandi temple and Loknath temple. You can plan it as below:

D1 Arrival Puri. Check-in to hotel. Afternoon - enjoy the beach.

D2 After breakfast – Konark via Ramchandi temple. Visit Chandrabhaga beach. Afternoon at leisure

D3 Early morning 6 am - Jagannath Darshan. Back to hotel have breakfast and set out for Dhabalgiri, Udaigiri, Lingaraj Temple, Nadan Kanan, Pipli etc and back to Puri by evening.

D4 Halfday trip to Satpada (Chilika) dolphin lagoon. Afternoon - watch flag swapping at Jagannath Temple.

D5 Visit Loknath temple (small pond is there with lots of fish. You can feed them.) and then Jagannath Darshan, have bhog at Ananda Bazar (In Jagannath temple premises) - day at leisure

D6 Enjoy sea, later shopping at Swargadwar (Do bargain)
