Why Two Rory and Ryan Inns?

It seems from the addresses that they're right next to each other. Is it coincidence that they have the same name, or is it the same owner or what? In some places one is referred to as a Best Western, but then I read somewhere that it only USED TO BE a Best Western. We've always had pretty good luck with Best Western. but now we don't know if maybe these are just two locally owned hotels. Strangely, the one that supposedly isn't a Best Western, but was, can still be booked on the BW website. So what's the story with this hotel? It's listed as a pretty good hotel, but I wonder if there's new ownership that changed things.
