Cannon Beach Hotel for one night

My husband and I will be driving along the Oregon Coast in late September and would like to spend a night in Cannon Beach. Any recommendations for a decent hotel within walking distance of restaurants would be appreciated. (I'm thinking after a full day of driving and sightseeing from Newport to Cannon Beach, we'll be ready to just walk somewhere for a good dinner.) We'd like to pay $200 or less. Thank you!

A few places that I have stayed include Surfsand Resort, Schooners Cove, and Cannon Beach Hotel. All of them can be within your budget, depending on the day. Surfsand tends to be the highest price, then Schooners Cove, then CBHotel. All are great places and very easy walks to the heart of downtown. Don't just rely on their websites though. Call and see what you can get. We often find availability as well as better rates this way.
