We were there several years ago (4 or so, actually). At the time my 3 1/2 year old loved it. He likes crafts. If your kids are into sitting down and making projects (with crayola products!) then it should be good. If not, I would skip. It isn't really a factory just stations with craft projects.

Thanks for your input, 5 year old would like, but 7 year old not so much.

They show a film of how crayons are made, and there is a small "assembly line" filling little boxes with a few crayons each. That is pretty cool to watch but doesn't take long. There are displays of antique crayons & the history of crayons in general. A display about Mr Rogers. Everything else is craft stations with various Crayola products not only crayons.

Went there some years ago with young daughter---she liked very much but we got done with the place fairly quickly. There is a canal museum nearby (which unfortunately is not nearly as interesting to small ones although quite informative on canals of PA) and places to get food on nearby streets.
