Restaurants in Horsham, PA

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant for a light lunch in Horsham, PA? We are traveling around Thanksgiving and Horsham appears to be a good place along our route to meet some friends.

Thanks,

Terri

One of my favorite lunch places in Horsham is the Plenti Grand Cafe, located at the intersection of Horsham Road & Dresher Road, in the Pine Run center. It's a gourmet deli with great sandwiches, homemade soup, salads and light platters. You order from the counter (ie, no waiter service). Won't be open on non-business days like the day after Thanksgiving, or on weekends (it mainly serves the business office crowd.) There are also plenty of mom & pop-style pizza places in Horsham, plus a couple of chains like Bennigan's and Friday's in neighboring Willow Grove and Warrington. If you like sushi, check out Jumbo Sushi House at the intersection of Horsham Road and Norristown Road. There's also an "Edibles" family-style pub-type restaurant in the same shopping center, but I haven't eaten there. A couple of chains worth noting, in Willow Grove (but technically, only about a block from the Horsham township line) are Cosi, Peace-A-Pizza, and Baja Fresh, all located in front of the new Lowe's at the intersection of Blair Mill and Welsh Roads.
