What time is your flight exactly? Keep in mind that most airlines don't open check-in until 5 am. What day are you flying out?

The Travelodge at 700 Bath Road has a family room for two adults and two children for £20 - that's not a misprint, the rate for the night of 17 January is £20.

The hotel has been refurbished, and has decent size rooms with comfortable beds, smallish washrooms (but good water pressure), a little Freeview on the television, and an on site resto. With that very low rate you could take a taxi to and from the airport, although if on the 17th you were to take the Underground from central London to the airport you could hop on the 105 or 111 bus from the Central Bus Station for the trip to the hotel then take a taxi the next morning.

It's not as smart as other hotels in Bath Road but it's fine for a short stay. If it doesn't suit, let us know.
