a bit difficult to make recommendations without a budget or date but look at this.

if u r only staying one night i would not be too fussy about which beach. they are all pretty good.

We stayed at Paperbark Camp a couple of months ago and enjoyed it very much. It's a 5-10 minute drive from the coast, so obviously no beach views etc, but still highly recommended. Excellent restaurant onsite also. See http://www.paperbarkcamp.com.au/

Hyams Beach is my favourite in the area - if it's a bit crowded, it's easy to walk a few hundred metres down the beach to find some peace and quiet.

We loved Huskisson in the Jervis area even better than Hymas beach. Huskisson is also close to Boodeere national park which has some fantastic beaches. Sandholme guesthouse was great.
